Refund policy

  • No Refunds (Approved returns are issued only for online store credit)
  • Store credit or Exchange ONLY 
  • Only allowed 1 exchange

  • Damaged items, defectives or any claim/return request must be submitted within 2 business days from the time your order was delivered.   
  • Submit claim via email (web.janeplusone@gmail.com) or through the Contact Form. Please include Name, 4 digit order number, and which piece(s) you are requesting to return, and reason for return.  
  • Once a claim has been approved, items must be shipped immediately
  • You must email the shipping & tracking information once your return has been sent. 
  • All return claims must be authorized before shipping. - If items are sent without authorization, they will automatically be denied. You will have to pay to receive the package back.
  • Store credit is for the amount of the item purchased. Does not include tax or shipping cost.
  • Store credit can be used up to 90 days from the date of the return.
  • Returns must be received in new condition: unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use such as residue from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • Items must be in the original polybag, with the tags still attached.
  • Once the item has passed inspection and you want to use your credit, CC information will be requested. You will be charged for the shipping cost to deliver your item(s).  
  • In the rare case that an item you purchased is out of stock after your order is placed, we will offer an exchange.
    If you are unable to find another item on our website that you would like in exchange, you will be eligible for a refund for that item.
