  • Claims/Return request must be submitted within 2 business days from the time your order was delivered. 
  • Submit claim via email ( or through the Contact Form. Please include Name, 4 digit order number, and which piece(s) you are requesting to return, and reason for return.  
  • Once a claim has been approved, items must be shipped immediately
  • You must email the shipping & tracking information once your return has been sent. 
  • All return claims must be authorized before shipping. - If items are sent without authorization, they will automatically be denied. You will have to pay to receive the package back.
  • Store credit is for the amount of the item purchased. Does not include tax or shipping cost.
  • Store credit can be used up to 90 days from the date of the return.
  • Returns must be received in new condition: unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use such as residue from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • Items must be in the original polybag, with the tags still attached.
  • Once the item has passed inspection and you want to use your credit, CC information will be requested. You will be charged for the shipping cost to deliver your item(s).
